My man finally decided to make an honest woman out of me and asked me to marry him but muggins here had to do all the planning.

No problem I thought, I would use the internet to steer me in the right direction. It must have hundreds of florists or bridal shops etc for me in Sussex to peruse. I was wrong. What a nightmare!!!  

Most of the directories I found just did not have the information I wanted, ie, email address or web address or I found I was looking at a web site in Scotland or Alaska and so on. All I wanted was a list of bridal shops and wedding services in Sussex . Something I could look through informing me of what was available, plain and simple.  I wanted a web address so that if I wanted more information I could link directly to them.

After constantly moaning to my boss he suggested  I create my own site. And so I did, Sussex Brides

I was going to detail all the features of the site but I feel  you would benefit more by having a look yourself. I pride myself on the easy navigation and  the features I have included. This site, as a future bride, is exactly what I was looking for and I intend to add more features following the feedback I am getting from businesses who have already listed.

There is a ‘Advertise with us' link that gives information about the listings available and the cost. Most companies listed to date have opted for the advanced listing which is only £49 a year. Unlike other sites we understand your business priorities so we have decided to insert and maintain your information ourselves, saving you the time and the trouble.
