Ideal Video was established in 1982 by Bob Simmonds. We are now very much sought after.
We started off in weddings with about 10 in the first year, to over 100 weddings per year at present. We travel as far afield as Newmarket, London, Reading, Henley and Cirencester to work for the Barthust Family. In the late 80s we started our own duplicating bank which now has over 60 VHS machines including multi-standard machines for NTSC/SECAM transfer. Corporate clients include Mitutoya UK, Fareham Council, M.A.S. Aston Trading, Marks and Spencer, B&Q, West Quay, WLM, Portsmouth City Council, Hampshire County Council.
