This is an understatement to say the least. Paul and Debi not only captured the magic of the day, but did so in a way that ensured the true happiness of all the guests beamed from every picture. "Paul and Debi Simpson are remarkable photographers. From our first meeting they were friendly, enthusiastic (they really love this job!), and full of ideas. I am an artist, and Martin is a photographer, so we have very exacting standards when it comes to photography; particularly our own wedding photographs. We asked for a selection of traditional shots, informal reportage and some different, creative ideas - Paul and Debi rose to this challenge admirably, surpassing all our expectations.
On the day, guests commented on how unobtrusive, friendly and informal our photographers were. Now several friends who look at our album say how perfectly the day has been captured and even that these are the best wedding photos they have seen! Additionally we are delighted, in this digital age, to have the DVD with every single wedding photo in high resolution. As soon as we met Paul and Debi their professionalism and experience was clear and we knew we would have nothing to worry about when it came to our wedding photography.
They visited both the church and the reception venue beforehand, which meant that on the day they knew exactly where to get the best shots and they managed to capture some magical moments while being totally unobtrusive and not making us feel rushed. They also stayed with us throughout day right up until after the first dance.
We were truly thrilled with the resulting album. It really captured the happiness of the day and it's so great to be able to look back and remember our special day as it's all that you really get to keep!

Our search for photographers began on the internet and we were immediately impressed with the style and presentation of their website. It showcased their previous weddings beautifully while at the same time giving a great depth of information about their services and pricing.
From our first meeting with Paul & Debi we knew that we'd found the people who would be taking the pictures at our wedding. They were really well organised, bringing a great selection of albums to whet our appetites and answering all our questions with enthusiasm and passion. They took the time to sit down and discuss exactly what we wanted in the photos while at the same time offering their own ideas and suggestions to complement our own. It was clear to us that they love what they do and this immediately put us at ease.
As the day of the wedding approached, they took the time to meet up with us at the venue to discuss what would happen on the day. Throughout the whole lead up, they kept up to date with our plans to ensure that nothing was missed.
On the wedding day, they introduced themselves to our family and guests and while they were a key part of our wedding they were discrete and unobtrusive to the point that we hardly even noticed they were there. Some of the moments they captured were surprising and impressive giving us a great look at what we missed and displaying their skill and artistry.
The album they designed for us was beautifully presented with a great flow to the story of the day. We were overjoyed with the results and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for wedding photographers.

Choosing the right photographer is practically top of the list when it comes to organising a wedding! Everyone wants to recommend their own of course, but we are all different, and one style does not fit all!
Having chosen a wonderful venue, done battle with seating plans, organised accommodation, booked three sets of musicians, not to mention locating a florist and hairdresser, the question was, who would capture all this on camera?
We found Paul and Debi via the internet. They talked far more about people than packages, with galleries of their previous work readily available to see. It only took one phone call to have our suspicions confirmed: that we had found a couple who would respond to us and take the kind of pictures we wanted: fun, memorable and meaningful.
They stayed with us throughout the day, from the first nervous moments of getting ready, right through to the magic moment of stepping out on to the dance floor – several hours later! Organising us with great discretion, they allowed us to go and enjoy ourselves whilst getting on with the mind boggling task of learning people’s names, and capturing all the different shots we had requested, informally! At no stage did we feel rushed or pressured and the end result was a beautiful reportage album that told the whole story.
Kind, creative and business like, Paul and Debi did a great job for us and are to be highly recommended.

Whether your wedding is a lavish formal ceremony or an informal do, we would highly recommend Paul and Debi. They really put us at ease, both in the build-up to the wedding and on the day itself. Neither of us particularly like having our photograph taken, but we had fun with Paul and Debi which really shows in our photos. Their photographs are excellent and with a DVD of over 300 pictures as well as the album, it’s a fantastic reminder of the wedding day with all aspects captured. We just wish we could do it all over again!

Right from the beginning our experience with Paul & Debi was unique and enjoyable. With a no hassle, relaxed approach it meant we could enjoy the day with one less worry. They were professional and friendly without being intrusive and it felt like we just had two more guests. The finished album is everything we hoped for, a unique and brilliantly designed book of memories that captured every essence of our day.

Paul and Debi were our photographers for our wedding which took place in September 2005. They initially came to meet us at our home to show us examples of their photos and albums. We were immediately convinced they were the right people to be our photographers as we loved the style of their photography and felt very comfortable with them. They were also very enthusiastic about their work and clearly loved the job they were doing. Prior to the wedding they even visited our wedding venue to determine the best spots for photos so we were really impressed by their dedication and organisation.
On the wedding day both Paul and Debi arrived early in the morning to capture the lead up to our wedding, Having both of them was a real advantage as one stayed with the groom and the other with the bride. Their calm, friendly personalities meant that we felt very relaxed with them taking the photos. It was like they were one of the guests! They were very thorough but non-intrusive when taking photos and because we had two photographers it meant we got some fantastic candid shots. All our guests commented on Paul and Debi’s professionalism and friendliness.
After the wedding, Paul and Debi made sure our website was ready by the time we got back from honeymoon. They delivered our proof album a few days later which we felt was really efficient. We were delighted with our photos which were all beautifully captured and natural looking. We particularly liked their contemporary style. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul and Debi to our friends…in fact one of our friends has already booked them!

We were originally attracted by the quality of Paul and Debi's website and photographs, which showed an attention to detail.
However their home and venue visits to share the planning with us and their genuine use of two complementary photographers on the day, meant that their friendly but unobtrusive service exceeded those early expectations at every step.
When coupled with the imagination and creativity they brought to the completed album and DVD, Paul and Debi have left us with perfect memories of the day.

From the moment we met Paul & Debi, we just knew they would be the photographers for our special day. They were both so professional and made us feel really relaxed.
Our photographs were absolutely fantastic. It was so difficult to pick which ones to go into our album because they were all so lovely. Our family and friends kept commenting on how nice it was to have such a lovely couple there and said our photographs were the best they had ever seen.

The wedding was absolutely perfect right from the start, Paul & Debi were extremely friendly and easygoing. They put us at so much ease, it was like our best mates taking the pictures, only with the added professionalism. They both seemed to know how and when to take the best pictures without even trying!
We thoroughly enjoyed the day and didn't feel that we were watched all the time, this resulted in some fantastic natural shots without being aware of their presence. The album and hi-resolution pictures on DVD are excellent.
Many thanks Paul & Debi for capturing the memories of our big day - we will treasure this for many years to come.
