My True Friend Weddings & Events offers an initial consultation, free of charge, where we discuss the type and style of Wedding you want, the amount of involvement you will require us to undertake and your budget. We will then provide you with a written proposal that will outline the following:
Full summary of our discussions Full quotation based on our fees Contract for your agreement and signature
Once you have made the decision to let My True Friend Weddings & Events help to organise your special day, you will need to send a copy of the signed contract to us along with a 50% deposit of the total fee – the balance will be payable 14 days before your Wedding takes place. Alternatively you can pay by monthly standing order. Please contact us for details.
We will then arrange for a further consultation to take place, at your convenience, to ensure that we are in agreement with the involvement and plans required. We will then go to work on helping you to create your Dream Wedding.
